Oxford United are working on a deal to sign Millwall's Irish winger Aidomo Emakhu before the transfer window closes. The 22-year-old, who has been capped by Ireland at U21 level, is available to leave The Den, partly because Millwall's loan signing of Tommy Watson has created an opportunity for him to depart. Emakhu, whose contract runs until June 2026, has scored twice and provided one assist in 27 league appearances for Millwall this season. During the summer, Wycombe Wanderers had two bids rejected for the winger. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €900k, and several other Championship clubs, including Norwich City, Stoke City, and Bristol City, have also been reportedly interested in him.
