Serie B side Sampdoria are interested in signing 20-year-old French forward Aaron Malouda from Azerbaijani club Sabah. However, they face competition from Celtic, who have opened talks with Sabah regarding a potential summer transfer. The clubs are reportedly working towards an agreement, and Celtic have also presented their project to the player. Malouda, a winger, joined Sabah in January 2026 for a reported €250,000 fee and is under contract until the end of 2029. He has five caps for the France U19 team and a current Transfermarkt market value of €500k.
