FC Millwall and Cardiff City are showing concrete interest in signing 22-year-old Estonian midfielder Rocco Shein from FK Fredrikstad. The player has already received two offers, one from a top Norwegian club and another from an English Championship team, and negotiations between the clubs have commenced.
