Defender Ethan Ingram has joined Partick Thistle on loan from Dundee until the end of the season. This move is subject to Scottish FA clearance. The 22-year-old English youth international was developed at the West Bromwich Albion academy and has made 39 appearances for Dundee since his permanent move to Scotland in the summer of 2024, which followed a loan spell with Salford City.
Partick Thistle's Head Coach, Mark Wilson, explained that the club wanted to reinforce the squad via the loan market for their remaining important games and consequently signed Ingram. Wilson described him as a young, enthusiastic player with good experience, adding that Ingram has the physical attributes for the Championship and the technical quality to align with the team's possession-based style. Ingram will be assigned the number 17 shirt for the club. The defender has earned three caps for England's U20 side. His contract with Dundee is valid until June 30, 2026, and his current Transfermarkt market value is €300k. In the 2025/2026 season, he has played in nine matches for Dundee across all domestic competitions.
