Interest in the Algerian international, who has 5 caps for his country, expanded in July to include Salzburg, Crystal Palace, Lyon, and Panathinaikos. Panathinaikos later made a formal offer of €7 million plus €1 million in bonuses, which included a significant sell-on clause for Charleroi.
Titraoui joined the Belgian club from Paradou AC in July 2024 for a fee of €1.2 million. His contract expires in June 2027, and his current market value on Transfermarkt is €7.00m. During the 2025/2026 Jupiler Pro League season, he made 50 appearances, scoring 5 goals and providing 1 assist. In July 2026, reports indicated that Hull City submitted an offer of €8 million plus €2 million in bonuses, which was rejected. Charleroi's asking price was cited as being between €11 million and €11.5 million.
