French international Benjamin Pavard is being targeted by Al Ittihad after he returned to Inter from a loan spell. His former club, Marseille, decided not to exercise their purchase option, which was reportedly set at €15 million, making him available for transfer. The Saudi club has initiated contact with the representatives of the 30-year-old player. Inter hopes to receive a transfer fee of at least 20 million euros for the defender, whose contract runs until 2028.
Pavard, who has 55 caps and 5 goals for France, transferred to Inter from Bayern Munich in August 2023 for a fee that was reported to be €30 million. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €12.00m.
