Real Betis is reportedly among several clubs interested in KRC Genk's 24-year-old Moroccan international right-back, Zakaria El Ouahdi. Other interested parties include Bayer Leverkusen, which was recently linked with him in Germany, as well as PSV, Napoli, Olympique Marseille, and AS Roma. El Ouahdi has a contract with Genk until 2028 and a current market value of €17.00m, according to Transfermarkt. An offer from Brentford in April 2026 for €15 million plus €6 million in bonuses was reportedly rejected. Genk is said to be seeking a guaranteed €25 million.
