The German club has submitted two insufficient offers for the player, and it is uncertain whether Hamburg is prepared to meet Genk's asking price. El Ouahdi, who has four caps for Morocco, joined Genk in September 2023 and has a contract that runs until 2028. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €17.00m.
