Bologna's new manager, Domenico Tedesco, is reportedly interested in signing 20-year-old Turkish defender Yusuf Akçiçek from Al Hilal. The Serie A club has shown interest in the former Fenerbahçe player. Akçiçek previously moved from Fenerbahçe to the Saudi Arabian team in September 2025 for a transfer fee of €22 million. The Türkiye international has 3 caps for his country, a contract with Al Hilal until June 2029, and made 12 appearances in the Saudi Pro League last season. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €14.00m. Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe have also been recently linked with the player.
