Ukrainian footballer Yehor Matsenko is in advanced talks for a transfer to a club in the Czech Republic. According to journalist Bartosz Wieczorek, Matsenko will not be playing for Śląsk Wrocław this season. Talks are advanced, and finalization might occur before the end of the week. Matsenko is a 23-year-old left-back whose contract with Śląsk Wrocław expires on June 30, 2027. He joined Śląsk Wrocław from Legia Warszawa in 2022 and has since played 50 matches, scoring five goals and providing one assist. His market value is currently estimated by Transfermarkt to be €450k.
