This extension ensures that Angers can rely on one of its rising players for the upcoming season. Belkhdim, 23, joined Angers in July 2020 from FC Mantois and concluded the last season with 29 Ligue 1 appearances, including 16 starts. The extension comes as he was promoted to a regular starting role in the absence of Haris Belkebla and performed well in his role.
