Yannik Engelhardt Transfer from Como to SV Werder Bremen
While on loan at Borussia Mönchengladbach from Como 1907, German midfielder Yannik Engelhardt did not exclude the possibility of a return to former club Werder Bremen in the distant future. The 24-year-old explained that it is not his dream to conclude his career there because Bremen is not his home, but acknowledged that the future in football is unpredictable. His current club, Gladbach, reportedly wants to sign him permanently in the near future, with a potential transfer fee of 4.5 million euros being discussed. In the current Bundesliga season, Engelhardt has made 17 appearances, scoring one goal and providing one assist. The midfielder, who has three caps for Germany's U20 team, has a current market value estimated by Transfermarkt to be €6.00m. Como 1907 had signed him from Fortuna Düsseldorf in August 2024 for a reported fee of €8 million.
