Bologna are among several Serie A clubs, including Udinese and Fiorentina, tracking Modena's 23-year-old French midfielder Yanis Massolin. There is also attention from abroad, with PSV Eindhoven and Villarreal reportedly preparing offers to convince the Italian club. Modena's ownership values Massolin between six and eight million euros, including bonuses, and is reluctant to sell him mid-season. The club would only consider a transfer that allows them to keep the player on loan until the end of the season. Otherwise, discussions will be postponed until June, at which point his valuation could potentially increase. Massolin's contract with Modena runs until June 2028. In January 2026, Udinese reportedly submitted an initial offer of approximately €5 million. The midfielder joined Modena in July 2025 from Francs Borains for a reported fee of €700,000, and his current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €900k.
