This has led to rumours that he may leave Sunderland this summer. Sunderland would aim to make a profit on the player, for whom they paid a reported £3.5 million last year. Isidor is under contract with the club until June 2028 and has recently been linked with Leeds United, Birmingham City, and Ipswich Town.
