Weslley Patati Transfer from Maccabi Tel Aviv to Al Ain
Al Ain has expressed interest in acquiring Weslley Patati and has made an offer valued at up to €4 million. Nonetheless, Maccabi Tel Aviv is unwilling to consider any offers below €10 million, partly because Santos, Patati's former club, retains 40% of his rights. Patati, who is also attracting attention from other clubs such as AZ Alkmaar, Al Wahda, and Girona, has emerged as a prominent player since his transfer to Maccabi last summer. The 21-year-old Brazilian, affectionately referred to as a magician by his fans, made a significant impact with 13 goals and 10 assists in his inaugural season, establishing himself as a vital player for Maccabi. This is especially crucial as there is ongoing interest in their other forward, Dor Turgeman. Maccabi considers Patati essential for mitigating the potential loss of Turgeman, which accounts for their hesitation to accept lower offers.
