Vladislav Blanuta Transfer from Dynamo Kyiv to Dinamo Bucureşti
Dinamo Bucuresti was interested in loaning Vladislav Blenuta with an option to buy. In response to a request concerning the player's transfer, UEFA stated that he cannot play for any team other than Dynamo Kyiv this season because he was registered in an official match with Universitatea Craiova 1948. According to UEFA rules, a player is not permitted to play for three different clubs in a single season. Representatives of the Bucharest club believed that UEFA should not consider Blenuta's games in Romania in the 2025/26 season, given that Craiova has ceased to exist.
Officials of the red and whites are trying to reach an agreement with Dinamo Kiev for the loan or transfer of Vladislav Blănuță. Andrei Nicolescu stated that the signals regarding the striker are encouraging. He mentioned that discussions with representatives of the Dinamo Kiev club are positive and that they are progressing well with the player.
Andrei Nicolescu, the president of Dinamo București, announced that a written offer has been made for Vladislav Blănuță. However, Igor Surkis, the president of Dinamo Kiev, said that his club has not yet received anything from Dinamo București. Surkis also stated that Dinamo Kiev would be willing to sell Vladislav Blănuță if FIFA allows him to play for another club this season and if there are real offers.
According to digisport, Andrei Nicolescu, the president of Dinamo București, stated that the club made a written offer to Dinamo Kiev for Vladislav Blănuță. Nicolescu explained that the offer is for a loan with an option to buy and said they have not yet received a response from Dinamo Kiev. Speaking on 'Prima Sport 1', Dinamo Bucharest president Andrei Niculescu stated that Vladislav Blenutse's transfer is complicated because he has already played for two teams this season. Niculescu said that once the club reaches a fundamental agreement with FIFA, it will be easier to find a solution for the transfer from Dynamo Kyiv. He also mentioned that a full transfer of Blenutse is expensive for Dinamo Bucharest, so they want to first loan him for this season and the next. Niculescu stated that it would be very difficult to make a final decision on the feasibility of the transfer within four months.
Bucharest's Dynamo hopes to obtain an exception from FIFA to sign Vladislav Blenutse. The footballer has played for two teams this season, Dynamo and Craiova, and is not eligible to play for a third club. Blenutse's lawyers are trying to have his appearance for Craiova declared invalid because Craiova was excluded from competitions by the Romanian Football Federation and all its results were annulled. The Romanian Football Federation has sent a request to FIFA and is awaiting a response in the coming days. Blenutse's case has been referred to the Player Status Committee for urgent consideration so that the player can leave Ukraine and join the club from Bucharest.
Vladislav Blenutze, a forward for Dynamo Kyiv, is on the transfer list of Dynamo Bucharest. According to Justin Stefan, the Secretary General of the Champions League, Blenutze has the right to leave Dynamo Kyiv in the winter because of an exception in FIFA regulations. The exception is applicable as Blenutze began the season at Craiova, a club excluded from the championship, which permits him to change clubs for a third time this season.
According to Fanatik.ro, Dinamo Bucharest is interested in Vladislav Blenutze and is negotiating a loan transfer directly with Dynamo Kyiv president Igor Surkis. Dynamo Kyiv is willing to allow Blenutze to leave for six months, while Dinamo Bucharest wants a one-year loan with a buyout option. Negotiations are ongoing, and no final agreement has been reached. A source stated that Vladislav's return to Romania has become a realistic scenario. Blenutze's contract expires in June 2030 and his transfer value is 1.5 million euros.
Dinamo Bucureşti has an interest in signing former FCU Craiova forward Vladislav Blănuță during the winter transfer window. A transfer is currently difficult to complete as Dinamo Kiev wishes for the player to remain in Kiev for the second half of the season. The Ukrainian club might be interested in a potential transfer if they were to receive an offer of approximately €2,000,000. Blănuță had previously moved from FCU Craiova in the summer for a fee of €1.8 million. Meanwhile, Dinamo Bucureşti is prioritizing the signing of a striker due to difficulties in their attack.
