Liverpool have reached an agreement to sign Víctor Muñoz from Osasuna after activating his £34.5m release clause. The 22-year-old Spanish winger has undergone a medical and is expected to sign a six-year contract. He chose Liverpool despite interest from Newcastle United, Manchester United, and Bayer Leverkusen.
