Rangers have reportedly made a concrete offer of around £4m to sign Vanja Dragojevic. Reports in Serbia claim the Ibrox club has made an initial offer for the Partizan holding midfielder, with a transfer offer of £3.85m said to have been made. However, the Serbian club is likely to want an increased fee for the 20-year-old midfielder. Mozzart Sport claims Partizan want to receive around £4.7m for the player if they are to sell this summer.
