The transfer of Ekstraklasa top scorer Tomáš Bobček from Lechia Gdańsk to Frosinone is reportedly nearing completion. The potential transfer for the 24-year-old Slovakian striker, who joined Lechia in September 2023, had been a prolonged process influenced by the financial expectations of Lechia's owner, Paolo Urfer. After Lechia previously rejected an alleged 10 million euro offer, negotiations have accelerated, and the parties have now reached a preliminary agreement. The deal is said to be in its final stages, with the player expected to undergo medical tests. He has a contract with Lechia until June 2030 and a current Transfermarkt market value of €8.00m. Lechia's asking price was reportedly a minimum of €12 million in August 2026.
