Kadewere, originally from Zimbabwe, started his professional career in Sweden with Djurgården, where he made a significant impact by scoring 18 goals in 60 appearances. His career trajectory took him to Le Havre for €2 million in 2018, followed by a noteworthy €12 million transfer to Lyon in January 2020. During his time at Lyon, he scored 11 goals and provided 3 assists over 64 matches, with subsequent loan spells at Mallorca and Nantes, who secured his rights in 2024. This season, Kadewere has only made 13 appearances and scored once, leading to his availability as a free agent.
