Parma has shown interest in acquiring Dutch forward Tijjani Noslin, who is 26 years old, as they are looking for a striker on loan following an injury to Matija Frigan. The club proposed a paid loan deal worth 1.5 million euros with an option to buy, but this offer was not accepted by Lazio. Lazio is contemplating selling Noslin for a fee in the region of 15 million euros and has started discussions with clubs such as Feyenoord and several English Championship teams. Despite the rejection, Parma is still keen on Noslin and has reached out to Lazio again, although their initial proposal was declined. Noslin's contract with Lazio extends until June 2029, and according to Transfermarkt, his market value is estimated to be €7.5 million.
