Takatora Einaga, a 23-year-old Japanese flank attacker, has signed a two-season contract with Beerschot that includes an option for an additional year. The former youth international, who participated in the U20 World Cup in 2023, arrives from Kawasaki Frontale, where he did not secure a regular position and was sent on loan to various second- and third-division clubs. This marks Einaga's first move abroad. Sporting director Murat Akin explained that the club was searching for players to provide depth and threat on the wings and they are convinced that Einaga is a suitable player. Akin described him as a young, dynamic, left-footed winger with speed and strong one-on-one skills who can play on either flank, adding that the club believes his qualities can be of significant value.
