Zulte Waregem has begun negotiations with FK Železničar Pančevo for the permanent transfer of Sylvester Jasper, a 24-year-old Bulgarian left winger. The player is keen to join Zulte Waregem, and it is expected that his game tomorrow against SC Braga will be his last for the Serbian club. Jasper has four caps for the Bulgaria U21 team.
