According to "Tema Sport", Levski may transfer their starting goalkeeper Svetoslav Vutsov before the transfer window closes. At the beginning of the season the club had no such intentions, but will agree to a deal for a serious offer. Recently, Svetoslav signed a new contract with the club which does not have a release clause. The club's management insists on receiving 3 million euros for him.

Scouts representing clubs from France observed 24-year-old Bulgarian goalkeeper Svetoslav Vutsov during the matches against Universitatea Craiova in the Champions League qualifiers. Vutsov has been monitored closely by several Western European clubs since last season. He joined Levski Sofia in February 2025 and his contract with the club runs until June 2028. Vutsov has 10 caps for Bulgaria. His current Transfermarkt market value is €3.00m.
