Stefan Posch Transfer from Bologna to Sassuolo
Tuttomercato reports on the recent developments in Stefan Posch's potential transfer to Sassuolo. Stefan Posch was close to wearing the black and green jersey of Sassuolo before the intervention of Cesc Fabregas's team, Como, which had already tried to acquire Posch during the January transfer market.
Stephan Posch has been excluded from Bologna's technical project and is currently being considered by both Sassuolo and Cagliari. He recently returned to Bologna after a loan spell at Atalanta, which opted not to purchase him permanently. Bologna is seeking a permanent transfer for Posch, a decision that caused Hamburg to lose interest a few weeks ago. The 28-year-old Austrian full-back does not align with the strategic plans of Bologna's manager, Vincenzo Italiano. Both Sassuolo and Cagliari, who had previously transferred Zortea to Bologna, are interested in acquiring Posch to bolster their defensive line. Posch's contract with Bologna is valid until June 2026, and his market value is estimated at €8.00 million according to Transfermarkt.
