Stefán Ingi Sigurðarson Transfer from Sandefjord to Go Ahead Eagles
Go Ahead Eagles are negotiating with Norwegian club Sandjeford for the transfer of 25-year-old Icelandic striker Stefán Ingi Sigurðarson. The transfer is currently uncertain as Go Ahead Eagles are unwilling to meet the asking price. The forward, who is intended as a replacement for Milan Smit, has also been linked with the Bulgarian club Ludogorets. Sigurðarson joined Sandefjord in July 2024 and has a contract that runs until the end of 2027. His market value is listed as €2.00m by Transfermarkt. For Iceland's U17 team, he earned 14 caps and scored 3 goals.
