Shakhtar Donetsk are prepared to offer €3 million for Šimun Hrgović from Hajduk Split, according to Index.hr.

Shakhtar Donetsk's scouting department is seeking an alternative for Irakli Azarov because the club understands the player is serious about changing teams. Representatives from Shakhtar recently attended a Croatian championship match where they focused on two footballers, one of whom was Šimun Hrgović, Hajduk's 21-year-old left-back. The Croatia U-21 international is a regular starter for the club from Split, and his contract is valid until the summer of 2028.
