Simon Ludwig has extended his contract with Rot-Weiß Oberhausen and will continue to play for them in the 2025/26 season. The central defender joined the club from Wormatia Worms in the summer and, after a break due to injury, fought his way back into the team before the end of the year. He has played in seven matches so far.
