Sidi Bane, a 21-year-old central defender, returns from a loan at Annecy and permanently leaves RC Lens for Clube Desportivo das Aves, a second division Portuguese club. The club did not disclose the transfer fee. Bane joined RC Lens in August 2024 from BATE Borisov but did not play any first-team matches for Lens.

Sidi Bane, a young Senegalese defender, has not been able to secure playing time at RC Lens since joining from BATE Borisov last summer. To allow him to play at a professional level, RC Lens is willing to loan him to Ligue 2. Discussions have been initiated with FC Annecy, which is currently 5th in Ligue 2.
