Çaykur Rizespor, which plays in the Turkish top division, announced on its website the transfer of Franco-Ivorian centre-back Siaka Bakayoko. The 21-year-old player arrived from Amiens and has signed for three seasons. The transfer fee is estimated at one million euros. Siaka Bakayoko is a product of Amiens’ youth academy, and his market value is estimated at 2.5 million euros, according to Transfermarkt.

Süper Lig club Çaykur Rizespor has signed 21-year-old French defender Siaka Bakayoko, who also holds Ivorian citizenship. After reaching an agreement with French league team Amiens for the centre-back, he was invited to Istanbul. He joined Amiens in July 2024. Following successful medical checks, Bakayoko signed a 3-year contract with Rizespor. During the 2025/2026 season in Ligue 2, he made 32 appearances and scored one goal. The defender, who has three caps for France's U17 team, has a current Transfermarkt market value of €2.50m.
