Shuto Abe Transfer from RWDM to Gamba Osaka
Shuto Abe has decided to leave RWDM and join Gamba Osaka in Japan. Although he had a contract with RWDM until 2026 and a market value of 800,000 euros, Abe has opted to depart from the club immediately. He expressed a desire to be closer to his homeland as he prepares for the birth of his child. RWDM conveyed their gratitude for his exemplary mentality and fighting spirit, wishing him success in his future endeavors. The 27-year-old midfielder, who became a key player after joining RWDM two years ago, was instrumental under the guidance of coaches Claudio Caçapa and Yannick Ferrera. In the previous season, Abe appeared in 30 matches, scoring two goals and providing two assists. His departure is a setback for RWDM, which is striving to return to the Jupiler Pro League.
