Belgian forward Samuel Ntanda, aged 20, was identified as a potential transfer target for Luton Town. Nevertheless, he decided to join RSC Anderlecht after considering several options. Having been trained in Neerpede, Ntanda made a return to Anderlecht following a period at Sampdoria, which recently suffered relegation to Serie C. Despite receiving interest from numerous clubs, including Werder Bremen, Getafe, and Charleroi, Ntanda opted to sign a three-year contract with Anderlecht. The transfer was made possible by a minimal training compensation fee, rendering it an appealing deal for Anderlecht. The club regards Ntanda as a long-term prospect, with plans for him to be part of the A-squad while also participating in matches for RSCA Futures. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €450k.
