Sport.ro reported that the transfer of right-back Ronny Labonne from Caen to FCSB was officially registered on Monday.

According to Sport.ro, FCSB acquired Ronny Labonne from Caen for a transfer fee of 200,000 euro. The same report states that he is the club's only signing so far.

Ronny Labonne explained that he views his move to FCSB as a way to advance his career and revealed that Florent Poulolo, a defender from UTA Arad, advised him to accept the offer. Labonne stated that he does not consider this the most important transfer of his career because he has a long career ahead. He is happy to be at the club, which he believes can provide the opportunity to be noticed by even bigger teams. Labonne also said that everyone advised him to join and that he chose FCSB despite having other offers.

Ronny Labonne, a 28-year-old right-back from Martinique, has joined FCSB from Caen for a transfer fee of 300,000 euro.
