Regarding the French defender's situation, the Kyiv club explained that the decision was not made because of financial conditions. The club's scouting service and coaching staff performed a detailed analysis and concluded that the player's profile was not a complete match for the team's needs. Pierre-Gabriel, who has one cap for the France U21 team, joined the Croatian club in February 2024 and has a contract that is valid until June 2026.
