Germanijak reports that Roko Baturina has officially joined Swiss second division club Aarau. Baturina joins the Swiss club after his association with Portuguese top-division club Gil Vicente ended. Gil Vicente confirmed the mutual termination of the contract in an official statement, which allowed Baturina to join Aarau as a free agent. Baturina has signed a two-year contract valid until the end of June 2028 and will wear the number nine jersey at his new club.

Roko Baturina may permanently depart from Gil Vicente this summer as he is not expected to stay with the squad. The Croatian forward has returned to the club after three successive loans, most recently at AC Horsens. Second-division club Aarau is observing the 26-year-old's circumstances and is contemplating a move for him.
