Marseille is targeting Roggerio Nyakossi, a 22-year-old defender who has performed well for OH Leuven. Liverpool have also identified the Swiss player, who also holds Togolese nationality, as a potential signing for the summer, and Nyakossi is interested in a move to the club. He joined the Belgian club in January 2025 and his contract is valid until June 2027. The defender has been capped 8 times for the Switzerland U21 team and has scored 3 goals in 18 Jupiler Pro League appearances this season. His current Transfermarkt valuation is €2.50m. A bid of approximately €1.8M from Portsmouth was reportedly rejected in the summer of 2025, followed by another rejected bid of €2M in January 2026.
