Rodriguinho Transfer from São Paulo to Bragantino
Globo.com reports that Rodriguinho has officially transferred from São Paulo to Red Bull Bragantino for US$ 3 million, which is approximately R$ 15.7 million. According to the report, the payment will be made in two installments: US$ 2.5 million upfront and US$ 500,000 in January 2027. The deal includes performance-related goals for both Rodriguinho and Red Bull Bragantino, and São Paulo will retain 20% of the player's economic rights.
According to Globo.com, Red Bull Bragantino has signed midfielder Rodriguinho from São Paulo. Red Bull Bragantino announced the signing of the 21-year-old Brazilian midfielder on a contract that runs until 2030; the transfer fee was not revealed. Previously, in December, São Paulo had attempted to include the player in a potential swap deal with Botafogo. The negotiations ended after some of Botafogo's players showed resistance to joining the São Paulo club. Rodriguinho has presented himself at Bragantino and has started training. He told the club's official website that he had followed Bragantino for a while and viewed it as a good place for an athlete's development. He also expressed his happiness and eagerness to get on the field to help his teammates. The player had also been linked with Sporting Braga.
