According to César Luis Merlo, Juárez has announced that Rodrigo Dourado has arrived. América is loaning the player for one year with an option to buy.

Brazilian defensive midfielder Rodrigo Dourado, 32, is leaving América to sign with Juárez for the Liga MX Apertura 2026. He joined América in January 2026 and has a current market value of €2.50m, according to Transfermarkt. Dourado has been capped once for the Brazil U23 national team.
