Roma has rejected recent loan approaches for 19-year-old French and Guinea-Bissau centre-forward Robinio Vaz from Genoa and fellow Serie A clubs Bologna, Fiorentina, and Venezia. The club is only willing to consider a permanent transfer for a suitable fee for the player, who was signed for a significant sum in January but does not have a good relationship with manager Gasperini, and could otherwise remain at the club. Vaz's contract runs until 2030, and his current Transfermarkt market value is €18m. In the 2025/2026 season, he made 16 appearances in Ligue 1, scoring 4 goals and providing 3 assists, before making 12 appearances and scoring 1 goal in Serie A.
