Brighton & Hove Albion are interested in Robin Risser, a 21-year-old French goalkeeper from RC Lens, as they seek a potential replacement for Bart Verbruggen, who is linked with a summer departure. Risser is one of several goalkeepers being considered by the English club; Noah Atubolu of SC Freiburg and James Trafford of Manchester City are also being considered. A France U21 international, Risser joined his current club in July 2025 and is contracted until 2030. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €25.00m. Other clubs, such as Inter, Newcastle United, and Tottenham Hotspur, have also been linked with the goalkeeper.
