Zenit Saint Petersburg has submitted a bid for Rikelme Fillipi, an 18-year-old Brazilian winger from Palmeiras. Journalist Jorge Nicola reported on the social platform X that the Russian club's proposal for the player, who came through the Palmeiras academy, was valued at €11.9 million including bonuses. The same source indicates this offer was not considered sufficient by the Brazilian Serie A club, which is holding out for a €15 million fee for the player. Reports also suggest that another negotiation session could happen before the Russian transfer window closes on September 12. The winger's current contract with Palmeiras is set to expire on December 31, 2029.
