More than a month after the initial news, Alakbarov conveyed that the Turkish team has withdrawn from the deal and is no longer interested in the 26-year-old Azerbaijani striker. The striker also holds German nationality. As a result, Dadaşov will not play for Iğdır FK. A loan move for him in the winter is still considered a likely possibility.
