Rayhan El Grafel, a 19-year-old Belgian midfielder, is leaving Beerschot, where he had played since 2018, to join RWDM Brussels. After being promoted to the A-team last season, he made two substitute appearances and one start, after which he was no longer selected to play. With no prospect of playing time at Beerschot this season, he is joining RWDM, which is assembling a new team after being relegated from 1B to the first national division for failing to obtain a professional license. El Grafel is the club's eleventh summer signing. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €100k.
