Globo.com reports that a study by the Cies Football Observatory evaluates Rayan at 100 million euros (R$ 583 million) in a potential transfer. If Rayan is sold again, Vasco will only be paid through the FIFA solidarity mechanism, with the payment estimated at 3.0% of a future transfer's total value. The contract specifies that Vasco is not entitled to receive any other amount from a new transfer. The agreement also omits any division of added value from a future sale by Bournemouth. In the English market, the law prohibits a selling club from retaining a percentage of an athlete.

According to 'The Athletic', Rayan has included a release clause of 150 million euros in his contract with AFC Bournemouth. The clause becomes valid from the winter transfer window and is not applicable for this summer.
