Pierre Ekwah Transfer from Sunderland to Saint-Étienne

Saint-Étienne will strengthen their midfield with the arrival of Frenchman Pierre Ekwah. The 22-year-old, under contract with Sunderland until June 2027, will arrive in Forez on Thursday evening. The two clubs have reached an agreement on the basis of a loan with an option to buy. Ekwah will undergo his medical examination on Friday morning and, if all goes well, will sign for one year.
