Pedro Transfer from Zenit to Al Ittihad

ESPN BR reports that in the previous transfer window, Al Ittihad tried to sign Pedro with an offer of almost 40 million euros, but was not successful.

Zenit has reached an agreement with Al-Ittihad for the transfer of winger Pedro. An agreement with the player has also been reached. The Saint Petersburg club wants to release the Brazilian player in the winter due to changes in management, but Pedro insists on joining the Saudi team as soon as possible.

Pedro is negotiating to transfer from Zenit to Al-Ittihad, with discussions revolving around 35 million euros. Corinthians, Pedro's formative club, will receive 2.5% of international transfers due to FIFA's solidarity mechanism. The value of the previous sale of 30% of Pedro's rights to Zenit is confidential but was significantly lower than the current negotiations with Al-Ittihad.

Al-Ittihad has made an official offer to Zenit to purchase winger Pedro for €35 million, as reported by journalist Santi Aouna on social network X. The Saudi club is ready to provide the 19-year-old with a substantial salary. Pedro is open to the move to Al-Ittihad. Pedro has been with Zenit since February 2024 and has a contract until the end of 2028. This season, he played in nine matches across all competitions, providing one assist. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is €10 million.

Al Ittihad is considering Pedro, a 19-year-old Brazilian winger from Zenit, as an alternative to Rodrigo Mora. Pedro could occupy the only available foreign player slot for under-21 players in Al Ittihad's squad. The proposed transfer fee is €35 million, half of Mora's release clause. His contract with Zenit runs until the end of 2028, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €10 million.
