Paxten Aaronson Transfer from Eintracht Frankfurt to Colorado Rapids
Paxten Aaronson is set to leave Eintracht Frankfurt this summer. According to 'GiveMeSport', Colorado Rapids have agreed on a club-record fee with Eintracht Frankfurt. The deal is imminent, though some details still need to be finalized. Aaronson was previously bought by Eintracht Frankfurt for four million euros from Philadelphia Union in January 2023. He struggled to establish himself and was loaned twice to Eredivisie clubs (Vitesse Arnheim, FC Utrecht).
The transfer would be one of the biggest surprises in MLS, as Aaronson was a finalist for Eredivisie young player of the year last season. The Colorado Rapids are reportedly in talks to sign 21-year-old USMNT attacking midfielder Paxten Aaronson from Eintracht Frankfurt. His contract with the German club runs until 2028, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €8.00m. FC Utrecht has also been linked with the player.
