Patryck Transfer from São Paulo to Paphos

São Paulo and Pafos had an agreement for a one-year loan of Patryck Lanza, with Pafos paying 200,000 euros immediately and an obligation to buy 50% of the player's economic rights for 2 million euros if certain goals were met. However, after the deal was considered done, Pafos tried to change the agreed terms at the last minute, causing São Paulo to pull out and the transfer to collapse. The player was waiting for travel arrangements to Cyprus before the deal fell through. Information was reported by 'Arquibancada Tricolor' and confirmed by 'ge'.

São Paulo has agreed to a loan proposal from Pafos, a club based in Cyprus, for their 22-year-old Brazilian left-back, Patryck. The agreement involves a loan fee of 200,000 euros, with a commitment to buy 50% of the player's economic rights for 2 million euros, contingent on certain performance criteria being met. Some aspects of the deal are yet to be finalized before it becomes official. Initially, Pafos proposed a 100,000 euros loan with an option to purchase half of the player's economic rights at the contract's conclusion, allowing São Paulo to keep 50% of any future transfer profits. Pafos, which includes renowned defender David Luiz in its squad, recently advanced to the UEFA Champions League group stage. São Paulo also received a bid from a club in the United Arab Emirates, but it lacked a purchase option. Patryck's contract with São Paulo is valid until June 30, 2027, and his market value is estimated at €1.50 million according to Transfermarkt.
