Patrik Hrošovský leaving Genk?

Voetbalnieuws.be reports that Patrik Hrosovsky has already reached an agreement on a return to Viktoria Plzen. Genk is still considering the proposal from the Czech club. After previous attempts for a return were unsuccessful, Hrosovsky is now hoping for approval from Dimitri de Condé and others. The 61-time international makes little effort to deny the reports. It is expected that negotiations between the clubs will begin shortly.

According to Voetbalnieuws.be, Patrik Hrosovsky wants to return to Viktoria Plzen and has expressed this wish to RC Genk in a conversation. A personal agreement for a contract until mid-2028 is being discussed. Since his contract at Genk is expiring, Hrosovsky was allowed to talk with Plzen, which would be willing to pay a small fee if the 61-time international could move immediately. Hrosovsky has asked Genk more than once to let him leave immediately, but the request has been refused each time. Genk is not actively seeking to cooperate with the transfer but will listen to the proposal.

Slovakian central midfielder Patrik Hrosovsky, 33, may leave KRC Genk before his contract expires. Viktoria Plzen is interested in a reunion during the current transfer window, and Hrosovsky is open to the move. The Czech club has contacted KRC Genk to ask about the conditions and will begin official negotiations soon. It is generally expected that an agreement will be reached. Hrosovsky, who joined Genk in August 2019, has 61 caps for the Slovakia national team. He has made 16 appearances in the current Jupiler Pro League season, with one goal and one assist. His current market value on Transfermarkt is €2.00m.
