Sport.ro has reported on the transfer of Ovidiu Perianu from FCSB to Petrolul. The 23-year-old Perianu is set to leave FCSB on a permanent basis to join Petrolul, where he is expected to replace Tidiane Keita, who recently moved to CFR Cluj. Having been with FCSB since his youth days, Perianu had been loaned out to various clubs such as Botoșani, Chindia, U Cluj, FC Buzău, and Unirea Slobozia since 2020. During his time at FCSB, he won two trophies: the Cupa (19/20) and the Supercupa României (25/26). Despite his long association with FCSB, Perianu struggled to leave a mark, appearing in 48 matches without scoring. His transfer follows a critical performance against Shkendija, which reportedly led FCSB's owner, Gigi Becali, to decide on releasing him. This transfer comes in the wake of another FCSB player, Andrei Gheorghiță, being loaned to Petrolul for a season.
